Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar + Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

It is a new year so that means new skin care addition! I have heard
lots of great things about apple cider vinegar and Aztec Secret Indian Healing clay so of course I had to try it out. I have been testing it out for over a month now and here is what I have learned!

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar:

  • Gets rid of dandruff – it changes the pH scale of your of your scalp which will help with dandruff problems. All you have to do is mix the vinegar with water in a spray and spray it into your hair then wrap a towel over it for 10 minutes.
  • Clears acne – it can act as an all natural toner which will soften/exfoliate the skin and reduce red spots. You can also put it on a cotton pad and put it over your pimples as a spot treatment.
  • Whitens teeth/control bad breath – it kills bacteria in the mouth/gums.
  • Fades bruises – it can help reduce the discoloration from bad bruises.

I would suggest going to your local grocery store and purchasing this! I was lazy and ordered it off of amazon for $7 and found out it was selling for only $2.99 at a grocery market.

Indian Healing Clay // Aztec Secret ($10.35)

Ingredient: 100% natural calcium bentonite clay

Description: Reduces acne scars and shrink pores/tighten skin

All you have to do is mix equal parts powder with equal parts apple cider vinegar/water until it turns to paste and put it on your face. You can use it all over or only on problem spots. It is normal that you will feel your skin tighten a lot and a little bit of a pulsating feeling. You may also experience some redness after you wash it off with warm water.

I usually make sure to moisturize or use a sheet mask right after this treatment to hydrate my face! This mask is affordable and does an amazing job at clearing my pores. I notice my skin instantly feeling cleaner and looking brighter! I only use this about once a week because it is quite harsh. I would definitely recommend giving this a try. It is suggested to leave this on for only about 10 min but if you find your skin being too sensitive to it then adjust the time to your liking (:

If you have given this a try or have already been using this, let me know what you think!
