Beauty Review : Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream Eyes

I have been a long time user of the Maybelline Age Rewind concealer but it was time for me to try something new to brighten my eyes. After spending a very long time on Sephora, I have decided to give this Smashbox BB cream eyes a try. I have not read or seen any reviews on this so I am very excited to share my thoughts with you!

Smashbox // Camera Ready BB Cream Eyes Broad Spectrum SPF 15 ($25)

Description: A  “do-it-all” formula that fades dark circles, reduces puffiness, and smoothes out fine lines / wrinkles. It also claims to illuminate, prime, and protect the under eyes.

How To: On Sephora, they suggest to use it as a contour product and to apply to browbone for an illusion of lifted brow.

Verdict: 5/5!!

Obviously … I AM IN LOVE! I wanted to try something that was not already popular because I wanted to explore what else is out there. I apply this to my under eyes, between my brows, and down my nose. I use the color LIGHT which has a more neutral / peachy undertone. Ever since I got this I have found myself using less makeup because of how glowy and natural it makes me look. It is very light weight and absorbs into my skin very well. It is perfect for people with drier skin because even when it sets you will see no patches. There are days where I wear this on its own with no setting powder and it still stays on for a long time. I would not suggest for someone with oily skin to wear it without setting it though since this is definitely not mattifying. I love using this with my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush!

This is definitely a very illuminating product and is perfect for those “no makeup, makeup days.” I will definitely be repurchasing this product!
