Glossier : Perfecting Skin Tint + Milky Jelly Cleanser

Glossier is a brand that I have been eyeing for the longest time. I first heard about their balm/ lotion that has caught a lot of attention on the internet. I was watching a vlog of ThatsChic (Rachel Nguyen) on Youtube and she mentioned their new cleanser and skin tint which caught my attention. She also provided a coupon code so of course I found it the perfect opportunity to finally go for it!

My first impression of this brand is that I LOVE their packaging. It looks very simple and clean which makes the brand looking refreshing. The skin tint claims to be very light coverage which I agree with. It is mainly to help with evening skin tone and eliminating redness. When I read the description, I thought that it would be perfect for every day use because I don’t like using anything too heavy through out the week. I’ve tried using this without any setting powder and it did give me a bit of a shine later on in the day. I tried it again with setting powder and I love the results a lot better! I apply this with my hands and it really makes my skin very natural!

The Milky Jelly Cleanser is very gentle to the skin and can be used two ways. You can apply it directly to your dry face and gently rub off your makeup. It did not completely get off all my waterproof eye makeup like a cleansing oil would but it did a good enough job. I also used it wet like a regular face wash. The product does not foam up a lot but it still does a good job at leaving your face feeling very clean. The product is not scented and feels very gentle. It is really good for people with sensitive skin! I also love how you can use this at night to take off your makeup but also in the morning to wake you up.

I am definitely a fan of Glossier. I cannot wait to try out more products!
