January Favorites

Hello! I am still here! Life got a little hectic lately with school and I recently just got a new job! I am still trying to juggle everything and just getting used to starting my days at 6/7 AM. There’s still a few more days left in January but I have some favorites that I just can’t wait to share with you all!

  • Adult Coloring Book – It may sound a little odd but I have been so obsessed wth this lately! It’s so calming because when you’re coloring you don’t think about anything else. It really helps with focusing on things too. I bought the ‘Secret Paris’ edition on Amazon. I chose this one because of all the cute pictures it has such as desserts, buildings, and dresses. If you’re feeling a bit bored and want some indoor activities then you should try this out! There are so many different ones out there to choose from!

  • Micellar Cleansing Water // Garnier – I was looking for a new cleanser to clean my makeup off since I was running out of my Boscia cleansing oil. I was at CVS and saw this so I wanted to give it a try. I heard this is a dupe for the BioDerm which I’ve never tried. This really does clean everything off (I always use waterproof makeup) and it does not sting AT ALL. It’s super gentle and has no scent so it’s also great for sensitive skin types. They have two kind and I picked the waterproof makeup one. I’ve tried Simple’s micellar cleansing water and I think I prefer this one way better!

  • My love for nail polishes gets out of control sometimes. I always end up buying colors that are so similar to each other that they look the same. For this month I have been really into neutral colors. These are some of the ones I kept gravitating towards. Essie (Cabana Boy), OPI (Septembre), and Sally Hansen (Greyfitti).

  • Brow Power // It Cosmetics – This is the first It Cosmetics product I’ve ever bought and I AM IN LOVEE. This is so much better than the Anastasia Brow Wiz to me. The pencil part is more thick so there’s more pay off but it’s stiff enough to outline your brows. It’s in the color ‘Universal Taupe’, which matches perfectly with my new hair color. I’ve been using this everyday this month and I think it’s going to be one of my holy grail items! I can’t wait to try out more of their products!
